Use the instructions below to apply for housing.
Application Process
Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am until 5:00 pm and applications are taken in our office every weekday but Wednesday, between the hours of 9:30 am until 4:00 pm. Our office doors are locked on Wednesdays to walk-in traffic but office personnel are here to answer the phones and any questions or concerns that you or our residents may have.
Applicants go through a screening process and, if qualified, are placed upon a waiting list. Upon Unit Availability new residents are placed in a unit according to the order the application was received.
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU WHEN APPLYING:
Picture ID – For each adult that will live in the unit
Social Security Card – For each person that will live in the unit
Birth Certificate – For each person that will live in the unit
(Other Acceptable Forms of Verification can be used in place of each of the requested items above)
Income/Banking/Rental History Information
These items are not required to fill out an application for housing, but will be required to complete the application process for unit availability

Also, our Tenant Selection Plan (TSP) is available on site for your perusal. The TSP is a booklet containing information regarding the selection policies and procedures for our complex.
