Club House & Community Facilities

Prince Hall Housing Authority has 3 Community Rooms available for rental by our residents for meetings, socials, classes, seminars, party events, receptions and other gatherings. The rooms are available on a first come first serve basis. The rooms are available during regular business hours as well as evenings and weekends.

Prince Hall Plaza

The Prince Hall Plaza community room has at minimum six (6) 8 ft. tables and seating for up to 50 people. The facility is equipped with a stove and refrigerator and restroom facilities. The room is rented to residents ONLY, for a small fee upon availability.

Prince Hall Towers

The Prince Hall Towers community room has at minimum ten (10) 8 ft. tables and seating for up to 100 people. The facility is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The room is rented to residents ONLY, for a small fee upon availability.

We also have a Community Room that is available to be rented by individuals from the community as well as our residents, upon Management’s approval.  There is a kitchen facility with two (2) full size refrigerators, two (2) stoves and a microwave.  Rental includes tables and chairs for 200. Set up and cleanup is the responsibility of the renter and needs to be included in your rental time.

Additional Notes

  • Alcohol is prohibited – NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED AT ANY EVENT
  • Recommended event sizes limited to 200 for sit down events.
  • Additional Charges may incur for severe damages to the property.
